  • Sizes are standard, but please refer to the size chart before ordering.

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

  • Discounts or offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Promotional offers (like 3 frocks for 3333) are valid for a limited time or until stock lasts.

4. Order Process

  • Orders can be placed via website, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

  • Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details.

  • We do not accept changes or cancellations once the order is dispatched.

5. Payment Methods

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer (for prepaid orders).

  • For custom orders or high-value items, advance payment may be required.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary by city and courier service (usually 3–6 working days).

  • Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery only in case of wrong or defective item.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • We do not accept exchanges for size issues, so kindly double-check the size chart before ordering.

  • No returns/exchanges on items purchased during sales or bundle offers.

8. Order Issues

  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, kindly report it within 24 hours of receiving it via WhatsApp with clear pictures.

  • We'll guide you through the return or replacement process promptly.

9. Privacy & Security

  • Your personal information is kept private and secure.

  • We never share or sell customer data to third parties.
