📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a wrong product, wrong size, or a damaged/defective item

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags


🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible only for eligible issues (e.g., wrong or faulty item)

  • The customer must bear courier charges for sending the item back

  • Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will ship the correct product within 3–5 working days


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are allowed only if the item is out of stock or unavailable after your confirmed order

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your bank account or via EasyPaisa/JazzCash

  • No refund will be issued for issues arising due to customer error in size selection or change of mind
